Our background is in fisheries. We actually started working together when we were 12 because our dads owned a boat and we were woken up early every summerday during our teenage years to work in the family business. These drawings are from another project that we’re working on but to celebrate our early collaboration they have been arranged to fit in our new logo for blek.
Irony is king.

The office renovation is almost finished, wall posters and a large table for meetings are next on the list. Someday we’ll install a wooden floor but for now this ground will do.

We spent last December renovating our new office space in downtown Akureyri. We share spaces with three other creative businesses but our room has three windows pointing out to Akureyri town square (Ráðhústorg, named after Rådhuspladsen in Copenhagen city).
We love our new space.
